| 摘 要： | 历史时期的农业开发与生态环境的发展变化有着紧密的依存关系。湘南道县寿雁镇玉蟾岩文化层中发现了一万四千年前的人工栽培稻谷种子。玉蟾岩遗址入选全国一九九五年度十大考古发现和中国20世纪100项考古大发现之一。玉蟾岩遗址文化层的存在是以湘南优越亚热带暖湿季风气候、丘陵河谷平原宽广、土壤深厚肥沃、水源条件好等生态环境为背景。尽管古代的湘南乃蛮荒之地，但农业开发的历史相对较早，在全国的农业地位重要。随着湘南人口的增加，农业开发规模的不断扩大，自明清以来生态环境逐渐恶化，尤其是建国以来的无节制开发，乃至水旱灾害愈益严重而频繁，给人民的生命财产造成巨大损失。以史为鉴，湘南21世纪的农业结构调整应特别重视生态建设问题。为此，必须振兴林业，大力发展牧业和渔业，下大力气调整和优化种植业内部结构，坚持农业的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | It have compact relations between agricultural exploitation and eco environment.Three manual paddy seeds which have 1400 years' history were discovered under the Yushan Rock culture layer in shouyan town,dao county in the south of Hunan province.thus this site was become one of the 10 archaeological finds during the ninth five year project and one of the 100 archaeological finds of the 20 th century in china.What the site can be saved is attributed to the warm and humid sub tropical monsoon climate,wide rival valley plain,deep rich soil and good water resource condition.Though in the past the south of Hunan province is a remote district,the history of agricultural exploitation is relatively earlier and it plays an important agricultural status in china.As the increases of the population and expands of the exploitation scale.the eco environment run down since Ming and Qing dynasty.The excessive exploitation after the new china found made the water and drought disaster more and more serious and frequencious.From the above we can have a conclusion:The construction of ecology is very important during the agricultural structure adjustment.So the forestry should be vitalized,animal husbandry and fishery should be energetically developed,the inner structure of agriculture should be adjusted and optimized. |
