摘 要: | 加强图书馆人力资源的管理,已经成为公认的提高图书馆业务水平和服务效率的一条主要途径。本文对图书馆人力资源管理中的服务部门机构架设、激励与约束机制、用人管理机制、考核制度及职称评定制度等问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策措施。

Abstract: | To enhance human resource management of library has been acknowledged as a main approach to raise the professional level and service efficiency of library.This paper analyzes the following aspects of human resource management of library: the organization structure of the department,the effective encouragement and restraining system,the employment and management mechanism,the appraisal system,and the professional title appraisal system,then puts forward corresponding countermeasures. |
