| 摘 要： | 探讨团体沙盘游戏训练对改善大学生人际交往状况的效果．利用《人际交往焦虑量表》和《社交回避及苦恼量表》筛选出人际交往问题较严重的学生12名，对12名被试进行团体沙盘游戏训练，观察训练前后人际交往状态的改变情况．训练后12名被试的人员人际交往焦虑总因子分、人际交往回避因子分均明显降低，人际交往苦恼因子分也呈降低趋势．团体沙盘游戏训练能够缓解大学生人际交往焦虑状态，改善大学生社交回避行为，降低社交苦恼程度，对改善大学生人际交往现状有很好的治疗效果．

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the effectiveness of group sandplay training in improving university students＇ interpersonal communication. Methods： Group Sandplay trained 12 subjects with interpersonal communication problem measured by interpersonal anxiety scale and social avoidance and distress scale, and the interpersonal status changes before and after training were observed. Results： Interpersonal anxiety total scores and interpersonal avoidance factor scores of twelve subjects decreased significantly and interpersonal distress factor scores showed decreasing trend after training. Conclusion： Group sandplay training can ease university students＇ interpersonal anxiety, improve their social avoidance behavior, reduce the level of social distress and have a good therapeutic effect on improving university students＇ interpersonal status. |
