摘    要:由社会实践和毕业论文(设计)构成的开放教育综合实践环节是培养学生综合运用所学知识、技能,独立分析和解决问题的最后一个关键性教学环节,具有其他教学环节所不能替代的实践性和综合性特点,是衡量开放教育教学质量、直接反映开放教育人才培养水平的重要依据。以广播电视大学的开放教育本科综合实践教学环节为研究对象,本科毕业论文(设计)为研究重点,探索在广播电视大学向开放大学战略转型背景下,综合实践环节教学督导指标体系构建问题,是实现开放教育教学督导的有效性、提升开放教育教学质量的重要支撑和基础性保证。

Abstract:With irreplaceable practicalness and comprehensiveness,the open education comprehensive practice consisting of social practice and graduation thesis( design) is not only the final important teaching link for developing the students' using knowledge,skill to analyze and solve the problem independently,but also the gist of evaluating teaching quality and reflecting talent- training level. Based on omprehensive practice of Radio-and- TV- University open education undergraduate teaching researched in this article,graduation thesis is focused on to explore constructing teaching-supervision index system of comprehensive practice set in the transition from Radio and TV University to Open University,becoming an important support to realize teaching- supervision effectiveness and enhance teaching quality in open education.
