基于OBE模式的“机械原理”教学改革

摘    要:学生在机械设计竞赛、课程设计和毕业设计环节中出现了对机械产品开发设计过程不清楚,缺乏对机械系统进行建模、分析和优化设计的能力等问题,基于学习产出的教育模式(Outcomes- Based Education,缩写为OBE模式)对“机械原理”教学各环节进行改革。笔者提出了如下措施:从设计方法学的角度组织课程教学内容,教授过程中强调设计环节各知识点的关联性,培养学生掌握和规划机械产品开发设计过程的能力。以“机械原理”中典型机构为主,从机构运动模型构建、运动分析和优化设计三个层次设置不同项目,培养学生机构运动方案分析的能力,并在教学过程中进行了教学实践探索和持续改进。

Abstract:This research analyzed the issues and problems to be demonstrated in the mechanical design competition, curriculum design and graduation design, such as ambiguous idea of product design and incapability of accurately modeling, analysis, and optimization of mechanical systems. To address these issues, it examined the measures of organizing the contents from the perspective of design methodology and OBE philosophy, emphasizing the relevance of knowledge points in the design process, and cultivating students’ ability to plan and master the process of mechanical product development and design. And it also considered the design of projects in terms of movement model construction, motion analysis and optimization design in tune with the typical institutions of the mechanical principle course to nurture students’ analytical skills to be sustainably identified in the teaching practice and reform
