Abstract:It is of great significance to establish a long-term efficient mechanism that allows entrepreneurs to participate in the entrepreneurship education in urgent need of quality faculty, perfect curriculum system and adequate resources. The long-term mechanism is also a consideration of individual needs and motivations of entrepreneurs. This research aimed to examine the feasibility of entrepreneurs participating in the education and the design of the long-term mechanism from the perspective of ERG. It assumed that the efficient pathway to the mechanism is recognizing entrepreneurs the title of tutors for entrepreneurship curricular to guarantee the collaboration of colleges and participating entrepreneurs.
