| 摘 要： | 努力构建和谐校园是当前高校改革与发展的重要任务。和谐校园是充满发展活力的校园,是促进公平和正义的校园,是有序的校园、安定的校园。当前要构建和谐校园一要坚持科学发展观,协调好发展要素问的关系;二要坚持以人为本,正确处理好各方面的利益关系;三要坚持育人为本,培育先进的校园文化;四是坚持依法治校,完善构建和谐校园的长效机制。

| Abstract: | Presently the construction of harmonious university is increasingly important in higher educatrion reform and development.By "Harmony" it refers to dynamic,impartiality and justice- oriented,ordered,and stable.In constructing harmonious university,administrators should: first,hold fast to the idea of scientific development and coordinate all relations;second,stick to the human-based principle and well handle interests that concern all sides;third,cultivate advanced campus culture by putting educating people as the central ideas;fourth,manage according to the law,and construct a long-term system for an ideal harmonious university. |
