| 摘 要： | “三农”问题是近年来学术界关注的一个热点 ,是政府施政的一个极端棘手的难题 ,更是我国改革面对的一个亟待攻克的艰巨“大关”。本文从农民自由的实现和保护的角度出发 ,着重探讨土地制度改革、乡级政府改革、户籍制度改革三个方面的作用和意义 ,试图揭示中国农村改革问题的根本所在 ,为进一步加快农村改革提供建议。

The author discusses this problem from three facets in order to put forward so me advice about China's country reformation. The three facets are the land syste m reformation, the country level government reformation and the census register system reformation. |
