| 摘 要： | 文化即人化,是人的自我生长和自我组织的过程.作为民族优秀文化传递的主要手段,民族高等教育不仅担负着传递和保持自己民族独特的传统文化的功能,更重要的是要担负起对民族传统文化与国家主流文化、现代西方文化以及物质文化与精神文化的多元整合功能,在继承和发扬民族优秀传统文化的基础上体现世界文化的多元性和现代性,最终培养出具有跨文化学习能力的现代民族人才.

| Abstract: | Culture or humanization, is a process of self-development and self-organization. As a major means of disseminating excellent cultures of ethnic minorities, ethnic higher education should not only shoulder the respondsibility of inheriting and preserving unique traditional cultures of ethnic minorities, but more importantly, should fulfill the functions of both multi-integrating traditional culture of ethnic minorities with the mainstream culture of the whole nation and modem western culture, and integrating material culture with spiritual culture as well~ It should reflect pluralism and modernism of the culture of the world in inheriting and developing excellent traditional cultures of ethnic minorities so as to cultivate modem talents of ethnic minorities with the ability of crosscultural study. |
