| Abstract: | The curriculum reform is the kernel for elementary education.Teachers of fine qualities are badly needed for the training of students of fine qualities.Only if the curriculum reform of English education in teachers colleges and normal universities is synchronized with that in grade-school and high-school education,can it better serve elementary education and adapt itself to the needs of the social and economic development. |
