| 摘 要： | 指出知识管理忽视与企业业务流程的结合，导致其难于为企业的价值增值服务;价值链管理不能从根本上解决如何培育企业核心能力问题，从而导致企业缺乏可持续竞争能力剖析;只有将知识管理与价值链管理结合起来，构建基于业务流程的知识价值链，才能从根本上解决培育企业核心能力的问题，使企业保持持续竞争优势。

| Abstract: | When knowledge management ignors enterprise's business procedure, then it cannot serve the value appreciation of the enterprise properly, and the value chain management cannot settle the problem radically on how to cultivate the enterprise's core ability, to make the enterprise lack of the ability for a continuative competition. The paper mentions that it is the knowledge management that combines with the theory of value chain management and constructs a knowledge value chain management on the basis of the business procedure of enterprises, which could cultivate the enterprise's core ability and keep the enterprise with continuative competition advantages. |
