摘    要:针对缺乏科技型企业高管团队决策绩效评价的研究现状,构建评价指标体系,通过问卷调查的方法收集研究数据,建立科技型企业高管团队决策绩效评价的ELMAN神经网络模型,并利用MATLAB软件计算实现。研究结果表明:利用ELMAN神经网络的非确定性因果关系映射特点建立的决策绩效评价模型,能够完成决策绩效评价任务,可用于评价科技型企业高管团队的决策绩效,不仅验证了方法的有效性,而且也证明了ELMAN神经网络在建立非线性、非确定性因果关系映射模型中的强大生命力。

Research of ELMAN Neural Network Model for TMT Decision Performance Evaluation in Science and Technology Enterprises

Abstract:According to the research status what TMT decision performance evaluation in science and technology enterprises was short, this paper gave the evaluation index system, collected research data with questionnaires, established F_2.MAN neural network model for TMT decision performance evaluation in science and technology enterprises, and the calculation was realized with MATLAB software. The results showed that: the model of decision performance evaluation which is established by using the non deterministic causal relationship mapping characteristics of ELMAN neural network can complete the task of decision perfor- mance evaluation, it may be used to evaluate TMT decision performance in science and technology enterprises, this not only veri- ties the validity of the method, but also proves the strong vitality what puts ELMAN neural network into establishing the nonlinear and non deterministic causal relationship mapping model.
