| 摘 要： | 本文分析了高校毕业生党员组织关系转接中存在的问题,认为规范党员组织关系管理工作,加强党组织之间的协调合作以及提升毕业生党员自身素质是解决党员组织关系转接困难的有效途径,并提出了构建"一体化"的组织关系转接管理模式.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the problems of transferring the Party relations of college graduate.It believes that the effective ways to solve the problems are normalizing the management of the Party relations,strengthening the cooperation between Party organizations,and enhancing the diathesis of Party members.It also proposes the "integrative" management model in the transfer of the Party relations. |
