| 摘 要： | The Influence of R.M. Gagne＇s Work on Instructional Technology The paper analyzes R. M. Gagne＇s thoughts in the course of the development of American Educational Technology. Based on theoretical comparison and analysis, the author discusses Gagne＇s influence on Educational Technology. It includes three aspects： Gagne surpassed B.F.skinner＇s behaviorism, and eventually promoted instructional design from behaviorism-based to cognitive psychology-based; established ＂conditions-of-learning paradigm＂of Educational Technology＇s theoretical foundations, and contributed to the building and development of Educational Technology.
