利用锡废渣合成锡酸钾的研究

摘    要:利用锡废渣合成锡酸钾,经浸出条件试验,得到最佳锡浸出条件为:10 mol/L盐酸,共浸出三次,每次浸出6h。锡酸钾合成最佳条件为:中和温度为20~25℃,中和PH为2.5,得到的α-锡酸用去离子水洗涤时,需调节洗涤混合液的PH为2.5。该工艺流程短,方法简单易行,产品直收率可达到97%以上,锡金属损失少,项目设备投入少,易于产业化。

Research on synthesis potassium stannate (Ⅳ) with tin residues
Abstract:This paper mainly research that: synthetic the potassium stannate(Ⅳ) with tin residues.According to the leaching condition test,the best condition of tin leaching is: 10 mol/L hydrochloric acid,leach for three times,6h for evry leaching.The optimum condition of synthesis of potassium stannate(Ⅳ) is: Neutralization temperature is 20 to 25 ℃,neutralize PH is 2.5,obtain the α-stannonic acid,then washing the α-stannonic acid with water,it need to adjust the PH of washing mixture to 2.5.This process is short,the method is simple,the yield of product is more than 97%,the loss of tin metal is less,the input of equipment of this project is less,easy for industrialization.
