| 摘 要： | 自改革开放以来，中国成为遭受倾销立案最多的国家，反倾销已成为我国无法回避的重要贸易问题。本文首先在对反倾销分类的基础上对其合理性进行探究，再通过运用行业发展周期理论对反倾销的存在性进行置疑。最后结合中国反倾销的实际案例。在分析其成因的基础上，得出国外对我国反倾销大多不合理的结论。

| Abstract: | With the development of globalization, China participates more and more in the international division. Since the reform and opening-up, China has become the country placed on file which has most dumping, thus the anti-dumping has already become the important trade problem that China can't avoid. Based on the classification of anti-dumping, this paper discusses its rationalization. And questions the existence of antidumping with the trade development cycle theory. Finally, through analyzing the forming causes of China's actual cases, this paper concludes most foreign anti-dumping to China are not rational. |
