| Abstract: | One of the greatest theory characteristics in the report of the 16th national congress of the CPC is to
propose that there should be a "new way of Thinking" in development. On the basis of "development is an absolute
principle", it answers an issue on "why we should develop". At the request of "Three Represents", we should give full play
to the comparative advantage and explore the "new way of thinking" of China's development actively. This is a requirement
of economic construction and reform, and also is a great strategic choice in the future. |
