| 摘 要： | 进入21世纪，我国成人教育要实现科学和谐发展的目标，关键是要建立与市场需求互动的人才培养模式，在以人为本的原则下，通过建立与市场需求互动式人才培养机制、动态教学管理机制、现代化的管理体制，实现成人教育与社会经济发展的和谐发展。

| Abstract: | Entering the 21 century,the goal of adult education in our country is the scientific and harmonious development.To achieve this,we should establish a talent-training pattern interacting with the market requirement.And on the foundation of humanity,we get the harmonious development of the adult education and the society and economy development, by way of establishing a talent-training mechanism,a dynamic teaching management mechanism and a modernized management requirement. |
