| 摘 要： | 介绍了非正规金融的各种定义及其主要形式，并对非正规金融在发达国家和发展中国家的形成机制进行了比较研究，还结合当前国内外关于非正规金融的研究成果，对我国非正规金融的政策取向及其制定提出了一些建议。
