| 摘 要： | 道桥专业人才的能力可分解为专业能力、社会能力和方法能力，即“三维能力”体系，由以上三方面能力的总框架下的若干子能力构成。同时，这一能力体系中，依据能力的重要性，可进行纵向和横向的层次定位，从而达到对道桥专,Jk高职人才的培养目标进行任务分解的目的。

| Abstract: | The talents competence for road and bridge engineering technology specialty can be divided into the three-dimensional system of professional competence,social competence and methodical competence.The 3D competence system makes up of a certain amount of sub-competence.At the same time,the system,based on the importance of the competence,may be placed the level in vertical and horizontal position so as to achieve the goal of training talents in higher vocational college. |
