| 摘 要： | 大学生职业生涯规划是指大学生个体把个人发展与社会发展相结合，制定出对个人一生事业发展的战略设想与计划安排。对大学生进行生涯规划教育，课堂是重要的渠道，除此之外，辅导员作为学生发展的指导者，要承担起生涯规划教育的任务。本文着重探讨辅导员对大学新生进行生涯规划教育的指导思想、目标、途径、方法等。

| Abstract: | Career planning refers that college students formulate related to personal career development of strategic vision and plan, com-bining the social development with individual development. The classroom is still the important channel for career education. In addition, counselors should take on the task of career planning education, as a guidance. In the thesis, guiding ideology, target, way and method would be discussed. |
