| 摘 要： | 烟台历史具有自己独特的文化品位,对于城市化进程有着特殊的意义。但是开埠的历史却是空白。采取切实可行的措施填补这一空白是当务之急,本文对烟台几十年来的有关理论建树做了系统而剀切的评述,提出了建设性的意见。

| Abstract: | The history of Yantai has its special cultural style, which is of a great significance for the development of city. However, the history of Yantai's starting as a harbor is still a blank. It is urgent to fill it in. This article has systematically and aptly evaluated the researches in.these fields in recent decades and put forwards some constructive suggestions. |
