摘    要:主要研究了郴州市干旱监测预警平台、系统设计和应用效果。平台采用模块化设计、Delphi语言编写,利用SQLServer2000作后台数据仓库。系统通过对全市247个区域自动站逐日气温、降水等气象要素统计,采用降水距平分析、相对湿润指数分析、K指数分析、气象干旱分析等多种方法,得到各区域不同时间段的干旱状况,用克里金插值将干旱监测结果插值到各网格点,调用Surfer绘制全市干旱分布色斑图,系统最后以Word文档方式自动形成干旱监测服务产品。应用实践证明平台具有操作简便,预报结果较为准确的特点,有较高的实用价值和推广价值。

A Service System of Drought Disaster Monitoring and Early Warning in Chenzhou City Based on Surfer
Abstract:A service system of drought disaster monitoring and early warning and its application effect in Chenzhou city were studied in this paper. The modular design and Delphi language were used in the platform. The background of data warehouse was built by the use of SQL Server2000. Drought conditions in various regions of different time period were studied by precipi tation anomaly analysis, relative humidity index analysis, the K index analysis and meteorological drought analysis based on meteorological Statistics of daily temperature and precipitation in 247 the regional automatic station. Drought monitoring results were interpolated to the grid points by Kerrey interpolation. The drought distribution diagram was drawn by Surfer. Drought monitoring service product is formed automatically by Word document in the system. The service system of drought disaster monitoring has higher utility value and popularization value Because of its simple operation and accurate of predicted result.
