| 摘 要： | 文章论述了二十一世纪大型国有企业信息化技术改造所面临的形势与环境,信息化技术改造对生产、管理和经营过程的影响,以及信息化技术改造对大型企业工业化改造过程的影响.指出了大型国有企业应充分利用现有的技术平台,以智能化、数字化、网络化对制造企业进行信息化改造的必要性和紧迫性.

| Abstract: | The paper expounds circumstances confronted to large state enterprises during technological reform with information,the effection of reform to production,management and supervision process,as well as to industrialized process for large enterprises.It indicates that large state enterprises should accommodate manufactural enterprises with intelligence,digital and network,and fully utilize availale technological platform. |
