| 摘 要： | 针对住宅小区日益走向物业化管理,众多的物业公司都应用计算机实施网络化的物业管理及物业管理系统中已经存在大量数据的现状,认为可以构建数据挖掘模型,通过频繁项集产生关联规则,最终得出有效的物业费收取决策,使物业公司的效益实现最大化。
