| Abstract: | the quality of experimental team is one of the important indicators which shows the experiment teaching quality. Improve the management ability level through scientific and effective management and proper cultivation,which is one of the critical factors to raise college experimental teaching quality steadily. This paper elaborates the significance of building experimental team as well as raises feasible ideas and methods to resolve the problem. |
