| 摘 要： | 文章在前人成果的基础上,结合国内旅游城市发展特点,同时借鉴世界最佳旅游目的地及世界城市的评选指标,构建了具体包括经济效益、政府绩效、企业效率、保障体系4个方面的9个单项指标、41个原始指标的旅游目的地城市竞争力评价模型,并对北京和上海的竞争力进行了计算分析,以期对旅游目的地城市竞争力评价研究及国内旅游城市的发展提供一定的思路。
