| 摘 要： | 当代大学生心理健康及心理健康教育现状都不容乐观，其根本原因在于没有抓住自我教育这一心理健康教育的本质与核心。自我教育是大学生心理健康教育的本质要求和核心部分，是心理健康教育的根本途径。

| Abstract: | The psychological health and education of present university students is simply not optimistic. Its basic reason is that the nature and core of self education psychological health is not done. Self education is the essence requirement and core part to the University Students' psychological health education, and also one basic way to carry out the psychological health education. |
