| 摘 要： | 要全面建设小康社会就要坚持科学发展观 ,统筹城乡发展 ,特别是要努力增加农民收入 ,提高农民消费水平。近年来农民收人增长速度减缓的主要原因 :既有农业发展缺乏科技支持、农产品的商品率低的根本原因 ,也有乡镇企业发展速度减慢、农民外出务工机会减少、农民负担依然较重的其他原因。要增加农民收入 ,从短期看 ,既要想方设法寻找新的收入增长点 ,又要切实减轻农民负担。从长远看 ,主要应加快我国城市化进程 ,减少农民

| Abstract: | To build a well-to-do society comprehensively, we should adhere to the viewpoints of scientific development and plan urban and rural development as a whole, especially try our best to improve peasants' income and boost peasants' consumption level. In recent years, the main reasons why peasants' incomes increase at a lower rate not only include fundamental reasons such as lack of technological support to agriculture development and low merchandising rate of farm products, but also include other reasons such as slow growth rate of town and township enterprises, decrease of employment opportunities for peasants, and still heavy burden for them. In a short term, to increase peasants' earnings, we should explore every available means to find income increase points and alleviate peasants' burden. In a long term, we should accelerate urbanization process of our country and reduce the numbers of peasants. |
