高职学前教育专业人才校园合作培养模式探究

摘    要:当代学前教育达到空前发展,对学前教育专业教育系统人才培养的目标提出了新的要求。学校培养的人才如何适应托幼机构岗位是最核心的问题。而解决这个核心问题的关键是人才培养模式问题。如何真正调动托幼机构与学校合作的积极性,充分发挥和整合双方的资源,达到互惠互利的目标,实现真正的校园合作,对培养出适合社会需求的优秀的学前教育人才具有重要意义。

Abstract:With the fast development of preschool education at present, new requirement are raised for the aim of preschool education training. The key point sets on how to train the talent to adapt to the post in nurseries and kindergartens. The solution to this point is the mode of talent training. In order to stimulate enthusiasm of cooperation between nurseries and kindergartens and colleges and reach the aim of reciprocity and mutual benefit through combination of resources of two sides, the real cooperation in campus is of great significance to excellent preschool education talent who meets the need of society.
