| 摘 要： | 在大学生就业能力培养中挖掘和发挥思想政治教育作用,是西部新建本科师范院校解决大学生就业难问题的客观需要,也是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作的必然要求。通过剖析西部新建本科师范院校大学生就业能力培养中的思想政治教育现状,探析思想政治教育在西部新建本科师范院校就业能力培养中的地位,从解决大学生学习动力问题、职业道德问题、职业生涯问题、心理健康问题等多个维度分析思想政治教育在西部新建本科师范院校就业能力培养中的作用。

| Abstract: | To play the role of ideological and political education in the training of college students＇ employability is the objective need of solving the difficult problem of employment for the newly - built normal universities, and it is the inevitable demand of strengthening and improving ideological and political education work as well. This paper analyzes the present situation and position of ideological and political education for college students in the western newly - built normal universities＇ employability training. The function of ideological and political education in western newly - built normal universities＇employability cultivation is analyzed from various dimensions such as college students＇learning motivation, occupation morals, career issues and mental health problems. |
