| 摘 要： | 训练原则与训练规律的本质及其关系是竞技体育重要的基本问题。本文采用文献资料和逻辑思维方法，从训练原则、训练规律的定义入手，分析训练原则与训练规律的本质，并进一步探讨训练原则与训练规律的基本关系。提出了训练原则是反映训练规律、指导运动训练实践的基本原则，训练原则是运动训练指导规律的集中反映和具体体现，训练原则并不直接等同于训练规律，训练原则与专项训练原则和训练规律与专项训练规律是普遍性与特殊性的矛盾关系，实践训练原则与认识训练规律二者是对立统一的、又是能动的、具体的。

| Abstract: | Essence and its relation of training principle and regulation are the important basic problem of competitive sports. Through using the method of literature and logical reasoning, and from the point of training principle and regulation, this paper analyzes the essence of training principle and regulation, further discusses their relation, puts forward that training principle is the basic principle reflecting train regulation and instruction sport train. Training principle is the concentrated reflection of training regulation. Training principle and specific training principle, training regulation and specific training regulation is the self - contradict relation between catholicity and particularity. |
