| 摘 要： | 生产实习为土木工程专业教学中的难点和薄弱环节,基于建筑工程仿真实验教学软件和实验教学示范中心,利用施工虚拟仿真软件平台,提出的"T-WOD"虚实结合的教学模式,解决了实习学生多、实习单位少的现实问题.通过该模式的实施,提高了学生动手能力和团队协作能力,激发了学生专业学习的兴趣,同时也弥补了年轻教师的实际工作经验欠缺的问题,解决了土木工程等专业生产实习面临的困境.

| Abstract: | "T-WOD"mode of production practice, adopts the combination of the virtual and reality, solves prac-tical problems:more students and less internship units. The model's implementation improves the students' prac-tical ability and the team cooperation ability, stimulates students interest in learning, at the same time, makes up for the lack of practical work experience for young teachers. |
