舞蹈美育科学化探讨

摘    要:舞蹈美育是通过启迪性"身体教育"引领人们以舞蹈行为陶冶情操、健康身心、提升意志品格、激发创造力,实现自我优化。它既非单一的舞蹈技能训练,亦非抽象美学研修。在施教中,应确立完整性、综合性理念。以诗的意韵、画的景象、乐的音律引领对舞蹈的审美体验,在欣赏、解读、认识舞蹈的同时,把生活中潴留的情感唤醒、激活,插上想象的翅膀。由此激起参与舞蹈的兴趣,通过合理的课程进行认识身体、感知身体、解放身体的训练,进而运用自身形体创造美的形象。此外,汲取生理学、心理学的成果,将有助于舞蹈美育的科学性、实践性、交叉性、开放性。
