| 摘 要： | 本文运用文献分析法对国外相关文献进行了梳理,分析表明,国外,尤其是美国图书馆界,从20世纪前半叶以来一直在关注图书馆人力资源的研究,虽然研究成果的总量近年来有减少趋势,但现有的文献从多种角度揭示了图书馆人力资源管理的方方面面,已形成较为完善的理论体系和实践基础。

| Abstract: | By doing the literature review and analysis,the paper concludes that overseas researches on library HRM have been being active since early years in 20th century.Yet the overall paper output is decreasing during recent years.But the current literatures have covered almost every aspect of HRM in library field.As well,a combination of theoretical system and practical foundation is being established. |
