| 摘 要： | 传统文化博大精深，本文仅从群体本位文化，一统观念、等级思想，中庸和谐思想，经学思维4个方面对体育教师角色转变的影响进行了粗略分析。并论及了潜藏在主体行为背后的传统文化观念觉察、反省、更新的策略和途径以及需要关注的几个问题。

| Abstract: | Chinese Traditional culture is very wide and profound. This article analyzes sketchily on the influences of PE teachers' role change in several aspects: group chauvinistic culture; unified conception; rank ideology; mean concordance; thought of Confucian classics, etc. This article is also touch upon the tactics and way of traditional culture conception's observation, introspection and renewal, which is hided behind of the main body's behavior. Several interrelated aspects need to be concerned is mentioned, too. |
