摘 要: | 为读者服务工作是公共图书馆全部工作的出发点和归宿,我们应努力提高图书利用率,研究读者需求的特点,贯彻读者工作原则,多渠道多形式为读者提供信息,积极推荐图书,做好采购和读者的中介,严格图书供期管理,以达到为读者优质服务之目的。

An Approach to Reader Service in Public Libraries |

Abstract: | To serve readers is the starting point and destination of all work in public libraries. Therefore, efforts should be made to improve the utilization ratio of books, to study the characteristics of reader needs, to implement the working principle of readers and to provide readers with information in various ways and forms. Besides, steps should also be taken to actively recommend books to readers, to act as intermediacy between readers and book purchase and to strengthen management over book loan duration so as to serve readers better. |
