| 摘 要： | 《高等学校辅导员职业能力标准》是新时期国家对高校辅导员的总要求,进一步明确了大学生思想政治教育处于高校辅导员工作的首要地位。参照职业能力标准,辅导员需要进一步确立岗位职责,提升职业能力,深化对大学生思想政治教育工作的认识水平,在实际工作中加强对大学生思想政治教育主要工作路径的把握和拓展。
