| 摘 要： | 本文对高职教育中实施素质教育的原因,存在的困难,采取的对策等进行了阐述。明确指出:转变观念、充分认识高等职业技术教育特点,把握素质教育的基本规律是实施素质教育的关键;建立和完善适应适应高职院校学生思想政治工作体系,加强对高职生的思想政治工作是顺利实施素质教育的有力保障;改善办学条件,提高办学质量,特色兴院是实施素质教育的重要途径。
