| 摘 要： | 在教育信息化和终身化背景下，现代远程教育的教学过程主要通过网络媒介完成。面对庞杂的信息资源，学生如何有效地利用信息进行自主学习，成为一个值得探究的问题。本文论述了个人知识管理应用于远程教育中的含义、知识转化的原理以及知识管理工具的运用。

| Abstract: | In the context of life-long learning and education information,teaching process of modern distance education is completed mainly through network media,thus how to use the information for effective self-study becomes an issue worthy of inquiry.This paper discusses the necessity of using personal knowledge management for distance education students,the principles of knowledge transformation and the application of knowledge management tools. |
