| Abstract: | The world community has been living under the conditions of a deepening financial-economic crisis in the last year. The wish
inevitably arises to look at the problem from a wider perspective, in the context of the crisis phenomena of civilization
as a whole. It turns out that all of them are organically bound with human nature. Only overcoming these crisis states can
ensure the steady development of humanity. It is not difficult to see that all these similar problems are tightly bound with
information phenomena, with the circle of the cardinal problems of informatics. |
