| Abstract: | After analysing the teaching goals of vocational educatioan and requirements on the quality of technical talents in the economic reconstruction in China,and carrying out research on the characteristics of HVE course-books. The article explicates some basic principles we should follow while establishing the quality evaluating system of the coursebooks as well as the requirements on the quality evaluation. |
