| 摘 要： | 欠发达地区院校由于受地方和学校本身条件制约,在外籍教师聘用和管理工作中存在一定的问题和困难。积极拓展聘用渠道,保证外籍教师队伍的稳定性,健全聘用合同和管理体制是解决这些问题和困难的有效途径。
