| 摘 要： | 利用CNKI(中国知网)的文献资源和H指数评价方法,一是评价了国内大学的学术水平分层,把国内大学初步划分为九个层级,每个层级抽样调查5所大学,以第一作者单位进行文献检索,之后对各类大学的H指数进行排名分析,表明大学分层与H指数存在着正相关的关系;二是对地方院校的高层次人才进行了抽样评价,显示正教授群体发表的科学文献H指数平均为4.26.
