| 摘 要： | 考试是检查、评定教师的教学效果和学生学习水平的一种重要手段。应注重平时考核,建立“X 1”考试模式,进行科学命题,选择恰当的考试时机与阅卷方式,建立有利于培养创新型人才的考核评定机制。

| Abstract: | Examination is an important method of checking and assessing the teaching results and the students'academic achievements.The average quiz should be paid much more attention."X+1"exam pattern should be established and the examination paper should be formulated in a scientific way.Proper time of examination and the way to grade papers should be selected with discretion so that a suitable assessment and evaluation system will be set up and new talents are trained and developed. |
