| 摘 要： | 通过“5人制’比赛法教学模式在女子足球教学中实验研究表明：在普通高校女子足球选项课中运用“5人制”比赛法教学模式可以极大地提高学生的学习兴趣，提高学生掌握足球技术的速度和质量。同时也提高了足球选项课的教学效果。
