| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对河南省5所普通高校在校部分硕士研究生体育行为进行调查与分析,找出存在的问题,分析影响的因素。结果表明,影响研究生体育行为的主要因素是缺少时间、体育场所,体育知识、技能缺乏和参加体育锻炼意志薄弱。为改变其体育行为现状,培养终身体育意识和进一步开展研究生体育工作提出了建议。
