| 摘 要： | 在经济欠发达地区，由于经费紧缺等原因，农村学校体育设施匮乏，成为制约学校体育发展的瓶颈。通过对江苏省淮安市这一经济欠发达地区的农村中小学体育设施现状的调查、分析，提出了解决这一问题的方法，试图为同类型地区的学校体育改革提供一定的借鉴。

| Abstract: | In economically under-developed areas,the dev el opment of school sports is lagged behind because of lack of funds and insufficie nt sport facilities. This paper puts forth solutions to these problems through i nvestigating and analyzing the present situation of the sport facilities of these areas in order to offer references for solving the same problems in other areas. |
