| 摘 要： | 数据仓库技术是决策支持系统处理中的核心技术,是CRM中数据挖掘和决策分析的基础。数据挖掘是一个利用各种分析工具在海量数据中发现模型和数据问关系的过程,这些模型和关系可以用来做出预测。本文意在通过对数据仓库的概念及设计入手,设计一个在检验检疫实验室CRM中进行数据挖掘的星型模型。

| Abstract: | The data warehouse is the core technology of the decision support system. Data warehouse is the foundation for data mining in CRM and strategy analyse, Data Mining is a process for searching model and the data relationship within great capacity of data using different analysing tools. These model and relation can make forecast. This paper begins with data warehouse concept designing and builds a star data mining model in quarantine laboratory's CRM. |
