| 摘 要： | 思想政治工作中的亲和力,既是指通过思想政治工作者的各种努力,使思想政治工作所不断彰显出来的独特的吸引力和凝聚力,又是指思想政治工作者所必须具备的重要品格。不论是社会主义市场经济建设的新形势,还是改革工作的进一步深化;不论是社会协调、健康发展,还是国内外激烈竞争的复杂环境,都在热切呼唤不断增强思想政治工作的亲和力。思想政治工作者只有做到思想理论过硬、个人品质过硬、工作作风过硬、工作能力过硬,才能不断增强自身的吸引力,提高思想政治工作的亲和力,才能真正完成时代所赋予的神圣使命。

| Abstract: | Affinity of political and ideological work not only indicates the unique attraction and cohesion that political and ideological work constantly appears but also indicates the important and requisite character of political and ideological work. The new situation of socialism market economic construction, deepening of reformation, socialism developing in phase and healthily ,and overseas and domestic intricate circumstance of drastic competence all earnestly demand to strengthen ceaselessly affinity of political and ideological work. Political and ideological work cannot strengthen their attraction, affinity, and cannot authentically accomplish its historical task unless they are excellent at the aspect of ideological theory, personal character , work style, and work ability. |
